Recipe Instructions

Combine almond meal, eggs, protein powder and cottage cheese in a bowl and mix well. Add small amounts of almond milk until the texture becomes the same as thick yoghurt.

Heat pan to a medium heat and melt coconut oil. Cook pancakes one at a time, until batter is all used.

Top with Greek yogurt and sprinkle with coconut.
