Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel skin and pith from oranges, halve lengthways and cut crossways into 1cm-thick slices. Hull and halve the strawberries.

Place the fruit in a shallow ovenproof dish and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fruit is slightly soft and sugar is syrupy.

To serve, divide the fruit and syrup among serving bowls and top with a dollop of yoghurt.
